Point is that, regardless of which party you belong to, this COULD be your last shot at watching the greatest clay court player ANY sport - forget tennis - has ever produced, in FULL freaking flight for the next month and a half. Roland Garros ends June 9th. THAT IS a treat, no matter how you slice it.
Translation: With Federer waning, there's not much to drool at - at least to this degree. Djokovic is far from demanding that kind of attention - consistently. Drop the bias and ENJOY the spectacle to avoid the prospect of repenting it when it's gone - forever. Sure you can watch the videos, but you cannot match the live experience. Just ask clowns in the stands @ Monte Carlo right NOW.
With the precedent of what happened last season after Nadal rampaged through the clay swing and the prospect of that duplicating itself this year too - with the seven month hiatus acting as blockage to cut out ANY retreat from that possibility - it's not a bad time to take a break from the porn and the Solitaire and take it all in. If Nadal fails to continue, rest of the season will lack the spectacle being offered on the plate today.
