Pop and baseball stars rubbed shoulders when One Direction visited Newcastle United's training ground. The boyband made a low-key trip to the Premier League side's base in the Benton region of the town ahead of their final night of a series of events at Newcastle's Metro Arena. Newcastle United players met the class before a training program in what'll be a busy week for the club. They perform Benfica in the Europa Cup on Thursday night, then face regional competitors Sunderland on Sunday.
