AUBURN Slopes, Mich. (AP) a Lawrence Frank has been shot by the Detroit Pistons after he became the most recent instructor unable to revive the struggling franchise's fortunes. The staff announced the shift Thursday, each day after the Pistons lost at Brooklyn in order to complete the growing season 29-53. Frank went 54-94 in two seasons with Detroit. He took over prior to the lockout-shortened 2011-12 plan, and the rebuilding Pistons have now been slow to enhance despite drafting in the lottery the past three years. It is a big offseason for the Pistons, who exchanged veterans Ben Gordon and Tayshaun Prince in the last year and have a good number of space under the salary limit.
